My work in basic and translational research is focuses on developing targeted therapy for human bladder cancer, colon and lung cancers with primary focus on genomics (WGS, WES) and transcriptomics (RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, Microarray) data integration to investigate the regulatory pathways that drive tumour recurrence and progression. This involves the integrated multi-dimensional global profiling of primary tumours, tissue-specific cancer stem cells and in vitro models.
